Beyond training and consultancy
At BigName, we are often asked to provide training and consultancy services. We provide both, face-to-face, and remotely, and we will continue to offer these services. In our opinion, however, training is not a solution in itself, it is a tool.
Indeed, training develops skills and know-how, but it is not capable of bringing about change in itself. The same can be said of consultancy, which tends to involve lengthy periods of analysis followed by advice which can be difficult to follow and often the changes recommended can be difficult to implement.
