The Canvas is of course in beta and we like to change it whenever we gather some learnings using it.
Here comes a renovated version of the Canvas that includes completely new icons thanks to designer Roberto Iadanza of Impresa Idea agency.
New questions, block names and categories
The new map includes also some modifications to the blocks we have tested during some recent workshops.
I also have to thank my friend and partner Carla Pinna, Brand Strategist for keeping on challenging me.
Tim Clark
This new version includes also some great feedbacks we had from Tim Clark, developer of Business Model You® and member of the core team of authors of the book Business Model Generation. He helped us very much in simplifying the language even more!
By the way I’ve been invited by him to pitch the Canvas at the next Business Model You® MasterClass that will take place in Amsterdam on next February 1st! We will also have the students working on Personal Branding Canvas right after having reinvented their own Personal Business Model Canvas.
I am so very excited to see that happening!
Future
Here are some future steps we are working on:
- further modifying the overall design of the Canvas
- reducing the space occupied by text
- simplifying the language even more
- including some other Branding concepts.
