Lately I had the pleasure to present the Personal Branding Canvas in 3 very interesting events on talent development:
- A two hours workshop for DIECICOSE (“ten things”), with influencers like Rocco Rossitto, Paolo Ratto, Domitilla Ferrari and Mafe de Baggis, who are very much appreciated Internet thought leaders here in Italy.
- A speech at the graduation ceremony for Masters students of the Il Sole 24 Ore Business School, together with Monica D’Ascenzo, journalist at the most important Italian business newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore.
- A presentation/workshop at an event about a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, “Progetto di Vita. Cattolica per i Giovani”, by Cattolica Assicurazioni, one of the top insurance companies in Italy. I kicked off a one-day workshop for Cattolica per i Giovani, encouraging them to introduce themselves in the proper manner before participating in a marketing contest organized by the company.
Talent and Personal Branding
Talent is currently part of the Identity block on the Canvas and, if well communicated, it could be a strong generator for your Brand.
In my opinion the most important thing is to tell a story that connects talent with the Brand promise, that in the Canvas is depicted by the Key Benefits block.
The issue is that it must be very credible, as in the following example!
